Refund & Returns Policy
At Lighters.my, we want our every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We try our best to make your shopping experience with us smooth and satisfying. But if there’s a problem with your order, we’re here to help you. While we do not offer any cash refunds, if you receive your order damaged, defective, or receive a different item than what you ordered, we’re happy to replace it.
Replacement Eligibility
We only exchange items if they’re damaged or defective, or receive the wrong product (mistakenly). Reach out to us to request a replacement of the same product. You must request a replacement within 2 days of receiving your item. After 2 days, we won’t be able to process any return or exchange.
Replacement Process
To process the replacement, please send your order details to [email protected] with the proof of the issue(photos/videos). You can also contact us on WhatsApp. For eligibility, item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. If there are any signs of use, wear, or tampering, then your item will not be replaced.
Send us your item to our given address. You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on your own for returning your item. When we receive your return item, our team will inspect it either it meets the criteria, We’ll let you know if your replacement is approved or not. If approved, then we will proceed with the replacement.
